Find Out What Is Actually Wrong With Your ERPNext
Slow screens, reports nobody trusts, an upgrade nobody dares attempt. These usually trace back to a few specific decisions in the setup. We audit the instance, score six areas, and hand you a fix list in the order it is worth doing.
50+ ERP and software projects. Zero failed projects since 2021.
Most ERPNext complaints have a cause somebody can name
Vague dissatisfaction with a system usually resolves into five or six concrete findings once someone goes looking.
A finding you can check for yourself
Every item in the report names the document, the setting or the query behind it, so nothing rests on our judgement alone. That matters most when the finding is uncomfortable, such as a customization written directly into core files that will be lost at the next upgrade.
- Each finding evidenced and reproducible.
- Severity rated, so effort goes where it counts.
- Written to be useful to whoever does the fixing.

Know whether to fix, upgrade or rebuild
Teams frustrated with ERPNext often plan a rebuild when a handful of configuration and data fixes would solve the actual complaints for a fraction of the cost. Sometimes the opposite is true. The audit tells you which situation you are in before the budget is committed.
- Quick wins separated from real project work.
- Effort estimated per item, so you can plan it.
- A clear view on whether an upgrade is safe today.

What Is Inside an ERPNext Health Check
A read-only audit of the instance you already run. Here is what we examine, how each finding is evidenced, and what the report puts in your hands at the end.
From the configuration down to the server and the backups
Does the setup still match how you work today
Businesses change faster than their ERP settings. We compare modules, naming series, approval limits, workflows and permissions against how each department now operates, then run data checks for duplicate parties and items, stale masters, negative or stuck stock, and ledgers that no longer tie back.
- Configuration reviewed against current practice.
- Duplicate, stale and inconsistent master data identified.
- Stock and ledger integrity checks with the queries attached.

The two things that decide whether you can move forward
We read the custom app and look for edits to core files, undocumented scripts and integrations built without retry or logging, which is what makes an upgrade frightening. Alongside that we profile slow reports and list views, the background job backlog, missing indexes and whether the server is sized for the load.
- Custom code reviewed for upgrade safety.
- Slow queries, job backlogs and indexes profiled.
- Server sizing checked against actual usage.

The gaps that only show themselves on a bad day
We check role permissions, accounts with more access than the job needs, dormant logins and exposed endpoints, then look at whether backups actually run, whether they are stored away from the same server, and whether anyone has ever tested a restore. It all lands in one scored report with a prioritized fix plan.
- Permission and access review by role.
- Backup schedule, storage location and restore evidence.
- A fix plan ordered by impact against effort.
