Why It Matters

Project structure decided late costs time and access control

Projects and IAM roles set up without a plan tend to accumulate broad permissions and data that is hard to locate later, especially once BigQuery datasets and GKE clusters are added on top.

Project Structure First

A project and IAM layout that scales with your data

We design project structure, IAM roles and organization policy before workloads are created, so growth in data volume or cluster count does not turn into a cleanup project.

  • Project structure and IAM designed up front.
  • Organization policy applied from the start.
  • Built to add projects without rework.

Built for Data and Kubernetes

Set up for BigQuery and GKE from the start

Data warehouse and cluster workloads are planned as first-class parts of the environment, not added on as an afterthought once storage costs or cluster sprawl become a problem.

  • BigQuery datasets structured by use case.
  • GKE clusters sized to the workload.
  • Networking planned around data movement.

How It Works

From current usage to a governed GCP environment

1
Review current usage
We look at existing projects, clusters and spend.
2
Design project structure
Projects, IAM roles and organization policy are planned.
3
Set up core services
Compute, storage, BigQuery and networking are configured.
4
Apply cost and access controls
Budgets, alerts and least-privilege IAM are switched on.
5
Ongoing management
Monitoring and regular reviews continue after go-live.
What's Included

Everything needed to run GCP in production

Why Us

Why teams use TCB Infotech to run Google Cloud

1
Structure before workloads
Project and IAM design happens before anything gets deployed, not after.
2
Built for data and Kubernetes
BigQuery and GKE are treated as core services, not an afterthought.
3
Connects to what you already run
Networking is set up to connect cleanly to your existing ERP, CRM or other systems.
4
Support that continues
We stay on after setup for monitoring, changes and cost reviews if you want us to.
5
Documented, not tribal knowledge
Every project is documented so it does not depend on one person's memory.
6
Proven delivery
50+ ERP and software projects, with zero failed projects since 2021.
FAQ

Google Cloud Platform, answered

What GCP services do you set up and manage?
We cover project structure and IAM, plus core services including Compute Engine or GKE, Cloud Storage, BigQuery and networking, along with cost controls applied across all of them.
Do you work with projects we already have, or only new ones?
Both. We can restructure IAM and organization in an existing GCP project, or design a fresh project structure if you are starting new.
Is this a good fit if we are running Kubernetes on GKE?
Yes. GKE cluster setup, node pool sizing and networking are part of the core service work, alongside the surrounding project structure and IAM.
How do you approach cost control on GCP?
We review usage against billing, right-size compute and BigQuery workloads, and set budgets and alerts at the project level so spend stays visible as it happens.
Is this a one-time setup or ongoing support?
Both are available. We can run a one-time setup and handover, or continue as your ongoing GCP support for monitoring, changes and cost reviews.
Can this connect to our ERP or CRM systems?
Yes. Networking and integration points are set up so your GCP environment can connect to your existing ERP, CRM or other business systems where needed.

Google Cloud Platform Features

How Google Cloud Platform Setup Works

From a project review to a governed, supported GCP environment. Here is how we design, set up and manage it.

Core Process

Design, setup and governance, in that order

Assessment and Project Design

A layout planned before anything is created

We review current projects and usage if they already exist, then design the project structure, IAM roles and organization policy that everything else will sit on top of.

  • Current projects and usage reviewed.
  • Project structure and IAM designed.
  • Organization policy set before workloads deploy.
Designing a Google Cloud project and IAM structure
Setup and Migration

Core services configured to match the workload

Compute, GKE, storage, BigQuery and networking are set up according to the design, with existing workloads migrated in where needed rather than rebuilt from scratch.

  • Compute Engine and GKE configured.
  • BigQuery datasets structured by use case.
  • Existing workloads migrated where needed.
Setting up and migrating workloads on Google Cloud
Governance and Ongoing Management

Access, cost and clusters kept consistent over time

Once the environment is live, IAM policy, monitoring and regular cost reviews keep new projects and clusters from drifting away from the original plan.

  • Least-privilege IAM applied to new projects.
  • Monitoring and alerting active from day one.
  • Regular cost and access reviews.
